Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at support@auraxwear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Eligibility
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging should be intact
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind, as all items are made-to-order.
